As a Zenith apprentice, you’ll receive in-house product training with support from an apprentice advisor and a highly experienced dedicated mentor. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in projects and work with many members of the team across different roles and departments.

"I am Suzie Moody, Learning and Development Manager, a coach for colleagues and the apprenticeship programme manager. Since starting as an Account Administrator 11 years ago, I have progressed within the company. My passion for apprenticeships led to the creation of an innovative apprenticeship programme and 2 day induction, which was awarded a Princess Royal Training Award in 2017. The apprenticeship programme started in 2016 and I now support 30 apprentices in the business. I am committed to continuous improvement and have designed a plan to employ more apprentices, created pathways for apprentices across the business and upskilled employees to become apprentice mentors. Outside of work, my time is spent promoting apprenticeships in our region through school careers fairs, guest speaker events and regional apprenticeship fairs. I am also part of the Yorkshire and Humber Ambassador network."
