The Prize Draw
One Prize Draw: Entrants who participate in Zenith’s ‘Are you the lucky one?’ prize draw will have a chance to win one prize from a selection of prizes including Apple AirPods with charging case (2nd generation) White; Bellabeat Spring Smart Water Bottle Violet Ice; Polaroid OneStep 2 i-Type Instant Camera Graphite with 1 pack of Black & White instant film and 1 pack of Colour instant film; Nintendo Switch Lite Yellow; Nintendo Switch Lite Turquoise; FitBit Versa Lite Charcoal; Bose SoundLink mini bluetooth speaker II Carbon (the “Prizes”).
The Promoter
The promoter of the prize draw is Zenith Vehicle Contracts Limited, Number One, Great Exhibition Way, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds LS5 3BF (the “Promoter”).
How to enter
A 6-digit combination will be provided to those who are eligible via post, email or face-to-face prior to/during the Events (defined below). At the Events there will be a safe. To enter the prize draw, entrants will input the 6-digit combination provided to them into the safe. There will be a selection of four Prizes available to win on each day of the Events. Winners will be those whose combination opens the safe. If the entrants combination doesn’t open the safe they will not win a Prize.
There is a chance for sixteen winners to each win one Prize. The Prize that the entrant wins is dependent on what is in the safe when the correct 6-digit combination is used. The entrant is entitled to choose one of the Prizes that is in safe when the correct six-digit combination is used. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered.
The prize draw will be run from 09:30 01 October 2019 – 16:30 02 October 2019 at Employee Benefits Live and 09:30 08 October 2019 – 16:30 09 October 2019 at Fleet Live 2019 inclusive (the “Events”). All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 16:30 on 02 October 2019 or 16:30 on 09 October 2019 (the “Closing Times”) respectively. All competition entries received after the Closing Times are automatically disqualified.
Eligibility
The prize draw is only open to attendees of the Events. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Prize. The Promotor reserves the right to deny entry if any conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
Employees of the Promoter (including friends and family members of the Promoter’s employees) are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
Entrants must have an email address to participate. Only one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries, only the first attempt will be accepted.
How will we use your data?
The data that we will collect from entrants will be limited to name, job title, company, email address and phone number of the entrant. In providing your details and consent, you’ll be added to our mailing list. We’ll be able to keep you updated on our latest special offers, promotions and prize draws available to you in addition to useful information and industry news.

General
The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. All Prizes are subject to availability. By entering the prize draw entrants are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for situations where the 6-digit combination sent to the entrant, has been lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
VIP Prize Draw
All entries will automatically be entered into a draw to win 1 of 2 £250 John Lewis vouchers. All entries must have a valid email address to participate. Only one entry per person. Two winners will win one prize of a £250 John Lewis voucher. The winning entry will be randomly selected on 3rd October 2019 by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the draw. In the event of any unclaimed prize, the promoter may at their absolute discretion select an alternative prize winner.
