Driving a Zenith vehicle?

If you’re currently in one of our cars or vans, the best way to contact us is through your dedicated team directly. Your driver line can be found on the driver card delivered with your vehicle or alternatively by logging in to your driver website via your intranet hub or benefits platform.

Service & MOT

Our online booking system allows you to book a routine service or MOT directly with one of our preferred suppliers in our network. Your nearest garage will communicate directly with you after your request has been submitted. Wherever possible, we recommend booking a ‘drop off’ appointment as this is the quickest and most reliable way to get your vehicle booked in at your local garage within our network.

Zenith will track the progress of your order and keep you updated by email regarding any changes to the delivery date. As soon as the vehicle is available the respective dealership will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Before signing off on the delivery of your vehicle, it is essential to make sure that it matches your order in terms of specifications. If any discrepancies are noticed, you must immediately alert the delivery agent and contact Zenith.
Once you have accepted the delivery of the vehicle, we’re still here to help, but any problems with your specification are harder to resolve after you’ve signed for the vehicle so make sure you use our delivery checklist to ensure your brand-new car is as you expect.
