People and culture have always been central to the success of Zenith.

We have big plans for the future, but we can only achieve our goals with and through our people.
Our people strategy – the Zenith ‘People Promise’ – describes how we will continue to invest in our colleagues, recruit for growth and be the first choice in the industry for colleagues to develop their careers.

The approach ensures we create roles that are designed with purpose, and our customers in mind, whilst building systems, structures and processes that are ready to scale as the business grows.

Colleagues and society expect us to represent the customers and communities we serve, and Inclusion Everywhere is our ambitious initiative that is taking measurable steps to do just that because we believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce creates a stronger culture and better business outcomes. To demonstrate this belief, we launched our ambitious five-year diversity and inclusion plan in 2021.
