Zenith picks up diversity and inclusion award

Zenith is celebrating after fending off tough competition to win the Diversity and Inclusion Programme award at the West Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards.

Held last night at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford, Zenith was commended for creating an environment where apprentices can truly thrive and be their authentic selves in the workplace, as it continues to develop a culture of unconscious bias throughout the group.

It’s the third consecutive year that Zenith has been credited at the awards. As well as winning the Diversity and Inclusion Programme award, the company was also shortlisted for Large Business of the Year in 2024 – a category where it received a highly commended status in 2023 – and Zenith colleague Rachael Smith was named Mentor of the Year in 2022.
