A team of 60 from Zenith Vehicle Contracts raised over £4,000 when they tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.

The gruelling 26-mile walk in poor conditions saw the team climb three peaks in the Yorkshire Dales, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, in just 12 hours.

Commenting on the challenge, Marisa Waddington, HR director at Zenith said: “This is by far the largest group we have had taking part and proved a great team building event. We are delighted with the amount raised for three worthwhile causes.”

The team, from Zenith’s three offices in Leeds, Crowthorne and Solihull, raised funds for CLIC Sargent, the Stroke Association and David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Zenith employs over 500 people, and it is the UK’s leading independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business.

Last year Zenith employees raised over £17,500 for a range of charities.
