Yes, if you’d like your employees to use the vehicle for personal journeys, we can accommodate this within the agreement.
Just a heads up – the employee needs to make sure that the vehicle is returned within the agreed mileage and cannot take the vehicle outside of the UK without prior agreement, as we won’t be able to reach them for breakdown or repairs if they are abroad.
Depending on the rental, the cost may be tax deductible, or you can reclaim the VAT. Our team will be able to advise on the most tax-efficient options for your business.

Yes, although this may be dependent on the model you choose. Branding must be removed before vehicle return at the end of the contract.
Yes, we offer all fuel types including EVs, across a wide range of makes and models.
Yes, you’ll agree on a mileage limit as part of your agreement. If you need to increase your mileage limit, there will be opportunities to amend your agreement.
If the vehicles exceed the mileage, a charge will be applied, usually expressed as a pence-per-mile rate agreed at the outset.
The vehicles will be returned to Zenith, or you can opt to extend your agreement.
Our team will be in touch near the end of your contract and can arrange for the vehicle to be collected or dropped off at a convenient location.
Yes, but early termination charges may apply depending on the agreement.
The vehicle should be returned clean, in a good condition (proportionate to the length of the lease), and within the agreed mileage.
If a driver has an accident or breaks down, they need to contact our team as soon as it is safe to do so.
