The Zenith Group (‘Zenith’) announces today that it has ceased discussions relating to a potential bolt-on acquisition, for which heads of terms had been signed in November 2021. Zenith and the vendor worked diligently together, but have decided not to pursue a potential transaction.

Zenith remains committed to considering suitable opportunities, based on its strong track record in acquisitions. It will continue to evaluate bolt-on opportunities as they arise, with each being assessed against Zenith’s strategy to develop its corporate, commercial and consumer businesses.
