Ranking 65th, this is the third year in a row that Zenith has been included in the list. As well as making it into The Sunday Times listing, Zenith has also achieved a Best Companies two star accreditation for outstanding employee engagement.
To celebrate, Zenith is hosting an afternoon of coffee, tea and cupcakes for colleagues across all three of its locations in Leeds, Crowthorne and Solihull on Best Companies Day (Friday 26 February).
Zenith has participated in the Best Companies surveys since 2011 and engagement has continued to build each year. In 2014 the company achieved a two star accreditation and appeared in The Sunday Times list for the first time.
Marisa Waddington, human resources director at Zenith, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to be in the top 100 best companies list for the third year running. The happiness and wellbeing of our colleagues is extremely important to us and it is fantastic to see that it shines through in our engagement surveys. We are constantly listening to our colleagues and looking for new ways to ensure that we keep providing satisfying and rewarding careers. We are looking forward to celebrating our position as a whole company on Friday and on continuing to build our engagement levels as we embark on an exciting period of time for our business.”
