Fiona Massey is a Senior Fleet Consultant at Zenith and a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in fleet strategy, taxation, employee reward and sustainable mobility. With experience as a tax, compensation, and benefits reward consultant, she advises organisations on fleet strategy, including ESG, risk management, decarbonisation, and financial reporting, helping them balance commercial, compliance, and environmental objectives.

Fiona represents Zenith on the BVRLA Tax Working Group, engaging with HMRC, HM Treasury and government stakeholders on policy developments affecting fleets. She regularly delivers customer webinars and industry insights and has contributed as an expert panellist for a range of industry forums.
