Caring for each other
We care about our colleagues, and our colleagues care for each-other. One of the ways we show this is by supporting their physical and mental health. We have a team of more than 35 mental health first aiders who are highly visible across all parts of the Group. They support an annual calendar of events, which includes Blue Monday support and mental health awareness week.
We have a series of company benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme, on site massage services, an on site funded private GP, and partnerships to support colleagues with all aspects of their physical, mental, and financial help – from bereavement support, counselling services and financial planning.
