Zenith has been recognised for its dedication to customer service at the prestigious 2016 Fleet News Awards by being granted ‘highly commended’ status for the Customer Service Award.
This is the second year in a row that Zenith has been acknowledged for its fantastic customer service at the Fleet News Awards after winning the award in 2015.
Zenith was named as highly commended thanks to its dedication to investing in technology that supports the business to deliver a personal and knowledgeable experience for customers.
Tim Buchan, chief executive officer at Zenith said of the award: “At Zenith we are continually striving to understand the wants and needs of our customers and we understand that getting this right is crucial to our success. That’s why we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, from new system development right through to our colleague training.”
He continues: “Being recognised by Fleet News again for our customer service levels is a fantastic achievement. As a business we work hard on our customer experience strategy and it’s great to see that we have been able to maintain and build upon our personal, friendly and knowledgeable approach to customer service over the last 12 months.”
Zenith was also shortlisted for the Leasing Company of the Year Award.
