COLLEAGUE ENGAGEMENT

Zenith has independently measured colleague engagement levels with Best Companies since 2010. Our regular surveys ensure we are listening to colleagues and working together to continuously improve things. As a result of the survey and other employee feedback, we have introduced wellbeing benefits such as our company GP and much-valued Agile way of working.

We were proud to be placed 48th in the Yorkshire and Humber region and 11th in the business services category.
